Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All you have to do is pay shipping back and return the unused portion of your product. We will refund you the original purchase price of the product. We will not be held responsible for shipping charges incurred by returning the product. Returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact stellarjay.co@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you purchased the product from a local store or another online retailer (i.e. amazon, salon, grocery store etc.) you will need to return the item back to them. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
