Shipping policy

Orders ship between 3-5 business days after purchase, via USPS.

We automatically use USPS First Class Mail if the item(s) weighs under 1 lb., and Priority Mail if the item(s) are over 1 lb, or if the package size deems it necessary.

Sorry, we are currently unable to ship Internationally. 

Lost or Missing Packages:

This is rare, but if you believe your order is lost or missing in transit, please contact us to double-check the order details. The mail system is taking longer than usual lately, and particularly during the holiday season, and we appreciate your patience. We require 30 days from the ship date to deem a package as missing. We will then take steps to either replace or refund the items. 

We are not responsible for stolen packages. Once the package tracking is marked as ‘delivered’, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts.
